10 Unique Ways to Use a Mobile Bar at Your Wedding
You’ve got a fabulous wedding. We’ve got the cutest little mobile bar. Sounds like a partnership made in heaven!
Below are unique ways to integrate our trio of snazzy mobile bars–the Airstream, Bubbly Betty and Petite Pete–into your nuptials and reception.

1. Signature Cocktail Hour
During cocktail hour, we’ll craft a custom signature drink that reflects your unique style as a couple and complements the overall theme of your wedding. Is the groom a bourbon enthusiast? Let’s play off that passion with a creative twist on a classic—like an "Old Fashioned Love." Hosting a whimsical outdoor affair? We’ll elevate the atmosphere with botanical-inspired cocktails, such as a Lavender Gin & Tonic or a Rosemary Grapefruit Margarita—delightful, refreshing, and perfectly in tune with your setting.
2. Photo Booth Backdrop
There’s nothing cuter than Bubbly Betty’s caboose and the Airstream’s derriere, so we recommend setting up the guest photo area against the backdrop of our mobile bars.
3. Late Night Snack Bar
Unveil every snacker’s dream by filling up hidden Bubbly Betty’s candy/snack cupboard with sweet treats! Or, we can stock Petite Pete with sorts of late night snacks from your caterer and pull the snacks right up to the dance floor. A guaranteed way to keep the energy up all night long!
4. Mocktail & Hydration Station
Tennessee can get hot, especially for outdoor events with young kids and older relatives. Give guests a place where they can stay cool and hydrated with cold water and non-alcoholic refreshments.
5. Welcome Drinks at the Ceremony
Greeting guests with refreshments as they walk into the ceremony is a thoughtful touch and sets a hospitable tone.
6. Dessert Presentation on Point!
Utilize “Bubbly Betty” to create an aesthetically beautiful candy bar that serves the purpose of serving your wedding cake or dessert, or stock our canisters with candy and sweet treats for guests to make party favors.
7. Interactive Guest Experience
We can set up a DIY drink station so guests can garnish a drink of their own…from beautiful edible flowers to edible glitter to cotton candy. Not only will it elevate the drinks, but guests will have a fun activity to do during your wedding!
8. Make Way for Petite Pete
This rolling cart can transform between ceremony to cocktail to dinner to the dance floor. From champagne after the ceremony to an array of wines after dinner to cold, non-alcoholic beverages on the dance floor, never underestimate the many purposes of Petite Pete.
9. Charcuterie + Wine Pairings
We work with your caterer to pair wines to go with your charcuterie cups during cocktail hour. Not are the portable charcuterie cones adorable, but we’ll have wines on tap that perfectly complement the appetizer.
10. Guest Book & Favors
After dinner, we love wheeling Petite Pete around the wedding to ensure that guests have signed your guest book/wedding album and received their party favors.
